What to do in a lockdown situation
If the Government has asked us to close as part of a lockdown either national or local we will ask you to rescheldule in the first instance, however you are entitled to a refund if this is not possible.
If you are travelling from an area that has been put into a local lockdown or you are asked not to travel, please follow that guidance and contact us to rescheldule. If we can re let your holiday we will refund you.
